20% monthly
20% of the subscription fee for each of your customer's first three paid months.
KES 1,000 at trial start + KES 6,000 on paid conversion + 20% for the first 3 paid months = up to KES 10,000.

Who can become a RentPayor Partner?
You do not need to work in real estate to join. Students, graduates, salespeople, creators, housing agents, property professionals, and other people who are comfortable finding and introducing suitable customers can register.
Do I need property or real estate experience?
No. Existing experience or relationships with landlords, property owners, or property managers can give you a head start, but they are not required.
Do I need an existing landlord or property network?
No. You can build your network after joining. If you already know landlords, property owners, caretakers, or property managers, that can simply help you get started faster.
When do partner earnings start?
You earn the first KES 1,000 when your qualified customer starts their RentPayor trial for a real rental operation.
How long is the RentPayor trial?
The standard trial lasts one month. If the customer needs more time, one additional month can be allowed before they move to a paid subscription.
When is the KES 6,000 customer payment earned?
You earn KES 6,000 when your referred customer becomes a paying RentPayor subscriber and their first paid subscription month begins successfully.
How does the 20% subscription commission work?
You receive 20% of the subscription fees actually paid by your customer for each of their first three paid months. At the current KES 5,000 monthly price, that is KES 1,000 per month for three months.
How does the total reach KES 10,000?
You earn KES 1,000 when the trial starts, KES 6,000 on paid conversion, and 20% of the subscription fee for each of the first three paid months—up to KES 10,000 in total.
Do I need to provide technical support?
No. You should be comfortable showing the product and helping the customer get started, but RentPayor handles deeper product, technical, and support questions.
Can I work from anywhere in Kenya or remotely?
Yes. You can work from anywhere in Kenya and introduce customers remotely or in person.
Does the customer pay more because they came through me?
No. Your compensation does not add any extra fee to the customer’s RentPayor subscription.
