RentPayor Partner Program

Partner Program Terms

These terms explain partner activation, customer attribution, trial rewards, conversion rewards, and subscription commissions.

Effective 30 September 2026

1. Program relationship

A RentPayor Partner is an independent participant in the RentPayor Partner Program. Participation does not create employment, a franchise, a legal agency relationship, exclusivity, or authority to make commitments on RentPayor's behalf.

2. Activation and program integrity

Submitting the Partner Program form activates your participation. RentPayor may pause or end participation where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the product, or the integrity of the program.

3. Qualifying customers

Partner rewards apply to legitimate new customers properly attributed to you. Self-referrals, fabricated accounts, duplicate claims, or customers already actively engaged with RentPayor may be excluded.

4. Qualifying trial reward

The KES 1,000 trial reward is earned after RentPayor confirms that a legitimate landlord, property owner, or property manager has started a genuine RentPayor trial using the product for an actual rental operation. The standard trial lasts one month, with an allowance for one additional month when needed.

5. Paid-customer reward

The KES 6,000 conversion reward is earned when the qualifying trial becomes a paying RentPayor customer and the first paid subscription month begins successfully.

6. Subscription commission

The partner receives 20% of subscription fees actually received from the attributed customer for each of the customer's first three paid subscription months. Failed, reversed, refunded, waived, or unpaid subscription amounts do not generate commission.

7. Current payout illustration

At the current KES 5,000 monthly subscription, a qualifying partner can earn KES 1,000 for the trial, KES 6,000 on conversion, and KES 1,000 for each of the first three paid months, for a total of KES 10,000. Future customer pricing or program terms may change prospectively.

8. Customer ownership and conduct

Partners must represent RentPayor accurately, avoid misleading claims, respect customer privacy, and never collect passwords, M-Pesa PINs, or other credentials. Customers control their own RentPayor accounts and payment-destination information.

9. Product support

Partners may demonstrate the product and help with ordinary onboarding, but they must refer technical, payment, account-security, or product-support questions to RentPayor when appropriate.

10. Payouts and taxes

Qualifying payouts are made through the payment method agreed with you after the applicable milestone is verified. Partners are responsible for any personal tax obligations that apply to their earnings.

11. Attribution disputes

Where more than one partner claims the same customer, RentPayor will review the available customer and program records and apply the attribution that best reflects the genuine originating partner relationship.

12. Program changes

RentPayor may change future program pricing, rewards, eligibility, or operating rules with reasonable notice. Changes do not remove rewards already earned under the terms that applied when the qualifying milestone was completed.
