These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the RentPayor mobile application and related services.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using RentPayor, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Service Description
RentPayor provides tools for landlords and tenants to manage leases, rent records, invoices, payment tracking, support requests, and related tenancy workflows.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, maintaining the security of your account, and all activity that occurs under your account.
Subscriptions and Billing
Some features require an auto-renewable subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings after purchase.
Permitted Use
You may use RentPayor only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the service, harm other users, or violate applicable laws, contracts, or third-party rights.
Data and Availability
We aim to keep RentPayor reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any feature.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to RentPayor if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated, the service is being misused, or continued access creates legal, operational, or security risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentPayor is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date below.
